Welcome to your regular Partnership Board news update

The South East England Partnership Board took over as the statutory regional planning body on 1 April after the South East England Regional Assembly was dissolved.

It brings together local authorities and board members of the Regional Development Agency to reach decisions by consensus on important regional issues such as housing, transport, economic development and planning.

The new chairman of the South East England Regional Transport Board has welcomed the Government's response to the region's advice on transport funding.
